If you are not satisfied with your results, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.
Return Eligibility
To protect the integrity of our guarantee and maintain our premium standards, please review our return conditions:

First-Time Purchases: You may return one (1) opened or empty bottle of a specific product (e.g., Morning Boost) for a full refund of the product price within your first 30 days.

The Evoria Wellness Kit & Multi-Packs: If you purchased a bundle or kit, the same rule applies: you may return one opened item. However, any remaining bottles or tubs in the kit must be returned unopened, sealed, and in their original condition to qualify for a full kit refund.

Returning Customers: Subsequent purchases of the same product are considered an acknowledgment that the protocol works for you. Therefore, returns on repeat orders or subscription renewals are only accepted if the items are unopened and factory-sealed.
How to Initiate a Return
Do not send products back without contacting us first, as they cannot be processed.

Refund Processing

Please allow 5–7 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Subscription Cancellations
If you are on the Evoria Monthly Protocol (Subscribe & Save), you have complete control over your deliveries. You can pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled processing date. Orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be canceled and fall under the standard return policy above.
